- At least five current or past AAB Board
Members have come from the Washington, D.C., Northern Virginia, and
Greater Maryland area.
- In 2004, three
alumni from the area were appointed to serve three-year terms on the
Alumni Association Board. They were
Dr. Beverley R. Wheeler, (H&SS 1976, Heinz 1978),
Dr. Toni L. Ungaretti (Margaret Morrison, 1970), and
Timothy S.K. Liu (H&SS 1985).

The Alumni Association Board, working
closely with the Office of Alumni Relations, is committed to enhancing
the relationships that our 70,000+ alumni worldwide have with the
University and other alumni. The Board meets three times each year as
well as participate in periodic committee meetings between Board
meetings.
